Grade A (ISO5) isolators for aseptic powder handling. Applications include fill, dispensing, sub-division, sampling etc. Specific environmental conditions allowed for in terms of temperature, relative humidity with provision also allowed for OEB potent classification as required.  

Process: 

ProSys EOLAS isolators are ideally suited to the handling of powder based compounds within a controlled aseptic environment. Appropriate material transfer methodologies are considered during design to facilitate efficient handling and throughput. Packaging is carefully considered from a VHP ingress perspective. Integrated temperature control and dehumidification systems are installed to meet specific product conditions. Wash-down systems with drainage manifolds and sloped chambers can also be provided for OEB potent classified products
